去了去了

水腫相信都係困擾好多人既問題....
 
 
尤其波子人士....
 
 
因為長期咁坐, 水往下流, 下肢好自然就水腫....
 
 
呢個問題一直困擾我....天氣熱, 我又腫; 朋友來, 我又腫;
 
 
唔使問阿貴, 我未咳之前, 每日一包薯片就再腫...
 
 
不過0係咳之後, 我就少食薯片, 除左少新味道之外, 為左荷包着想.....哈哈....
 
 
水腫既問題就好好多~
 
 
前幾日我有食薯片, 就真係唔係好慣咁重口味....
 
 
食完仲要灌水...似乎一日一薯就唔好啦, 就幾日一薯啦~
 
 
不過為左唔好廢blog, 都會搵其他零食既~
 
 
不過就要等一等了~~~

    1. 因為錢本來都係岩岩好夠用, 不過見少食薯片之後又少左d水腫....就CUT薯...不過秋天就逐步吃番古力~ 因為唔知點解, 我好少何係夏天食古力.....
      yeah~

  2. I can eat 4 to 5 pieces of chip & 古力 1-2粒 per day. If more, I will cough & throat becomes sore very soon. 我好恨食芒果但唔敢因會咳到顛...

      又係對芒果敏感? 定係太甜? 即係凡有芒果0係入面既, 你食完之後就喪咳??
